Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities by engaging with patients and customers to recommend products that meet their eye care needs. Measure patients for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through continuous training, and troubleshoot specific eyewear requirements. Execute operational tasks including store opening and closing to support financial and customer experience goals. Ensure the best execution of the customer journey while maintaining state licensure for eyewear dispensing. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, with a salary range of $11.86 to $16.01 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
