Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging with patients to recommend products, and measuring eyewear needs while maintaining product knowledge through continuous training. Executes day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and fulfilling eyewear orders. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, with a salary range of $15–$17.29 per hour for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
Desired Qualifications
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
