Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging patients to recommend products, and measuring eyewear needs to ensure the Right First Time. Maintains product and optical knowledge through continuous training while executing operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification, with a salary range of $13.73–$17.75 per hour. This role supports the store's financial and customer experience goals within a team committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
Desired Qualifications
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
