Job Summary
Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of the store, responsible for guiding the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience, meeting eyewear needs, and driving daily sales goals. The role requires optics knowledge, product/service understanding, and ongoing training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. Leads in-store operations and may oversee opening/closing in LEAD positions; candidates should have 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification, a HS diploma or equivalent, and maintain state license requirements as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
