Job Summary
As a Sales Lead at LOFT Triangle Town Center, you are a key team member who supports and role models excellent customer experiences, coaches and guides associates, and collaborates with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions. You will drive a personalized customer experience, uphold high visual and operational standards, use technology to support an omnichannel shopping experience, provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching, and step into the role of manager when needed. This role benefits from retail experience (6 months preferred) and management experience (preferred), with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, build productive relationships, and contribute to a customer-focused, high-performing store environment.
