Job Summary
Sales Lead at Town Center Boca Raton who supports and role-models a personalized customer experience while coaching and onboarding associates. Works with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and ready to step into management when needed. Responsibilities include modeling brand-driven customer experiences, driving a customer-focused team environment, providing in-the-moment feedback and coaching, maintaining high visual and operational standards, leveraging technology to align with company priorities and omnichannel promotions, and stepping into managerial duties as required. Requires retail sales experience (6+ months preferred), management experience (preferred), POS proficiency, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a part-time role at Store 1160 in Boca Raton, FL; diversity and inclusion are emphasized in hiring.
