Job Summary
Sales Lead responsible for delivering personalized customer experiences, supporting store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team, and stepping in as manager when needed. Represents the brand by modeling brand-focused customer interactions, coaching associates, and upholding visual and operational standards. Uses technology to support an omnichannel shopping experience and provides in-the-moment feedback to help each associate excel in customer interactions. Builds productive relationships, supports onboarding, and helps drive a customer-focused, profitable store environment. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; 6+ months retail sales experience and management experience are preferred; proficient with a POS system and capable of organizing, delegating, and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
