Job Summary
Sales Lead Technology overseeing the technology sales team, driving achievement of individual and team targets, providing ongoing coaching, monitoring performance metrics (Sales, KPIs, Conversion, Average Basket), actively participating in sales processes to ensure high service levels and issue resolution, organizing and supporting product- and tech-sales trainings, coordinating with Store Operations and central teams for inventory availability and flow, ensuring a compelling section presentation aligned with the company’s visual Merchandising standards, and delivering sales reports with recommendations to optimize performance. Requires prior sales experience and team coordination, strong leadership, deep knowledge of technology products and market trends, excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer focus, basic computer/reporting tools, and good English as an additional asset.
