Job Summary
Sales Lead responsible for delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and coaching to associates. Works with the Store Manager to onboard and develop an engaged team, step in as manager when needed, uphold visual and operational standards, drive a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools, and build productive relationships. Role emphasizes coaching, timely feedback, and leadership in a retail environment to support customer and associate experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months retail sales experience (preferred)
- Management experience (preferred)
- Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
- Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
