Job Summary
Conduct daily sales operations by greeting guests, offering suggestive selling, and driving store profitability through product knowledge and Jockey Rewards promotion. Manage store functions including opening and closing procedures, processing transactions, and acting as Manager on Duty when absent. Provide coaching and direction to the team while maintaining visual merchandising standards, inventory security, and a safe work environment. Support hiring efforts and ensure adherence to all company policies. This role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and strong communication skills, with a preferred background in retail management.
