Job Summary
Establish and communicate clear expectations for store team and personal accountability regarding brand, performance, and behavior standards. Oversee operational activities including opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, and cash reconciliation while supervising associates on sales, inventory, and customer service tasks. Utilize weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage and maintain knowledge of current promotions and merchandise presentation standards. Motivate the sales team to meet assigned goals, train associates on product knowledge, and coach on locate fulfillment and selling techniques. Model MAPS principles to deliver cohesive omni-channel experiences, resolve customer concerns promptly, and ensure efficient register operations. Support training programs, interpret KPI reports for coaching, and drive engagement through recognition and rewards. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays at multiple brand locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
