Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by managing associates, handling cash and inventory, and executing sales transactions while ensuring customer service standards. Monitor associate productivity, interpret performance reports, and deliver coaching to drive full performance. Prepare weekly schedules, maintain merchandise displays, and enforce security and loss prevention policies across the district. This role requires travel to multiple stores, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and physical duties such as lifting 50 pounds. Candidates must possess at least two years of retail management experience and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Able to travel to stores throughout the district
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Communicate with customers, standing and maneuvering on sales floor and stockroom, operate register, lift and carry 50 pounds, hand/fold merchandise, climbing, reaching, pushing/pulling
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
