Job Summary
Sales Lead supports Management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture across store operations, including opening/closing duties, merchandise flow, supervising sales associates, staffing coverage, and ensuring strong customer experience and profitability. Responsibilities include coaching and training the selling team on product knowledge and in-store processes, guiding clienteling and wardrobing, maintaining MAPS-based service standards, resolving customer concerns, managing the till and payments policies, and driving performance through team development and attendance. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, ability to learn store technology, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
