Job Summary
As a Sales Lead for Lane Bryant at Countryside Marketplace, you’ll create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will help ensure smooth store operations, adherence to brand guidelines, and ongoing development of team members, with opportunities to step into the Manager role when needed. You’ll leverage product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers, drive sales by empowering the team, manage daily schedules to maximize productivity, and support onboarding of new associates while maintaining a focus on asset protection and store priorities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years retail experience
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
