Job Summary
As a Sales Lead at Lane Bryant, you will create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, and step into Manager responsibilities when needed. You will coach and motivate the team, help drive store performance, manage daily schedules and onboarding of new associates, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and asset protection policies while identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
