As a Sales Lead at Lane Bryant, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partners with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, and step into the Manager role when needed. You will coach and motivate the team to meet customer needs, drive store standards and brand adherence, onboard new associates, and help optimize daily schedules and payroll while supporting store leadership and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
