Job Summary
Lead and coach retail associates on the sales floor to deliver a branded customer experience at Lane Bryant Pearland. Partner with Store Manager to execute daily action plans, oversee store operations, train and motivate staff, manage scheduling and payroll, onboard new hires, and identify opportunities to drive sales while adhering to brand guidelines and asset protection policies.
Required Qualifications
