Job Summary
As a Sales Lead, you will take an active role in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store and Assistant Manager and assist in monitoring key performance indicators to drive store sales. The role includes scheduling employees, coaching, and providing support to meet processing goals and maintain safety and security of the store.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year previous retail experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers and donors
- Ability to pass background check (which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry)
