Job Summary
Sales Lead role focuses on creating an engaging environment for associates and customers, partnering with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, and stepping into Manager responsibilities when needed. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge to outfit and inspire, empowering teams to exceed customer expectations, guiding daily operational plans, coaching associates to improve performance, driving results with store leadership, optimizing daily schedules and payroll, communicating with store teams, onboarding new associates, and adhering to brand guidelines and asset protection policies. Must have 1-3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and tech/store-system proficiency; available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
