Job Summary
Lead the Sales Team in resolving guest service issues and achieving store sales, per cap, and purchase goals while assisting the Store Director. Perform all opening and closing operations, including cash and safe balancing, and maintain accurate register transactions. Execute visual presentation directives, complete product and operations training, and ensure a clean, organized environment through daily tasks like cleaning and merchandise placement. Comply with loss prevention procedures, dress code guidelines, and e|n initiatives while building strong relationships with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Full knowledge of the venue's building and its programs
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to occasionally reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to follow e|n and Partner dress code guidelines
- Ability to comply with company personnel policies
- Ability to participate in regional philanthropic activities
- Ability to perform daily tasks such as cleaning, store recovery, and merchandise placement
- Ability to perform all opening and closing operations
- Ability to resolve guest service issues in partnership with Store Director
- Ability to lead the Sales Team to ensure optimal guest service
- Ability to assist the Store Director in coaching team members to achieve purchase with purchase goals and other sales expectations
- Ability to maximize store sales
- Ability to complete product, operations and merchandise presentation training
- Ability to execute and maintain all visual presentation directives as communicated by Store Director and SSC initiatives
- Ability to participate in all e|n initiatives and ensure sustainability
- Ability to respond and react to all communication in a timely manner
- Ability to account for accurate cash handling with the registers
- Ability to ensure completion and accuracy of all register transactions
- Ability to work assigned schedule
