Job Summary
The Sales Lead is responsible for daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager, including point of sale operations, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with ARC merchandising standards. This role includes monitoring key performance indicators, providing training and development to store employees, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Supervisory responsibilities may include managing cash handling and the security of inventory, as well as following safety protocols. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year previous retail experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Pass background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
- Effective communication skills with management, store employees, customers and donors
