Job Summary
As a Sales Lead, you’ll create an engaging environment for associates and customers, partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans, and help guide your team to deliver excellent customer service and store performance. You will empower teams through coaching, support onboarding of new associates, ensure adherence to brand guidelines and operational requirements, drive opportunities identified with store leadership, and step into Manager responsibilities when needed to ensure smooth store operations and high standards of the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Proficient with technology, including ability to operate store systems accurately
