Job Summary
Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead role in Visionworks retail, responsible for delivering the Customer/Patient Experience journey and meeting daily sales goals. Leads store activities, engages with patients to recommend eyewear products, measures patients for eyewear, maintains optical knowledge, and may perform opening/closing in LEAD positions. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, HS diploma or GED, and state license requirements as needed. Part-time role with hourly pay and benefits; supports a charismatic leadership voice to drive retail sales and customer satisfaction in an in-store setting.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
