Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measures patients/customers for their eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. Executes day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship. This Sr. Optical Specialist leads authentically as the face of the Visionworks brand, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where all are seen and heard equally.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
