Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities by engaging with patients and customers to recommend products that meet their eye care needs. Measure patients for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through continuous training, and troubleshoot eyewear issues as necessary. Execute operational tasks including opening and closing the store to support financial and customer experience goals. Deliver daily sales targets while ensuring the best execution of the customer journey. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, plus state licensure where applicable.
