Job Summary
Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of the store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience, engaging with customers to recommend products and services for eye care, and delivering daily sales goals. The role involves ensuring the best possible journey for every patient, maintaining optical product knowledge through ongoing training, and assisting with store operations in LEAD positions. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification, HS diploma or GED, and licensure as required by state.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
