Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey. Engages with patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear and maintains product knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. Executes day-to-day operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification. Part-time role with hourly pay ranging from $11.86 to $16.01.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
Desired Qualifications
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
