Job Summary
Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of the store, responsible for guiding the customer journey, recommending eyewear products, and ensuring eyewear needs are met with product/optical knowledge. Role includes delivering on daily sales goals, engaging with patients/customers, measuring for eyewear, maintaining product knowledge, and performing store operations in LEAD positions (opening/closing). Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, and HS diploma or GED with license requirements per state guidelines where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)
