Job Summary
The Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of Visionworks, delivering the patient/customer journey and driving daily sales goals. Responsibilities include engaging with patients, recommending products/services to meet eye care needs, measuring for eyewear, maintaining product/optical knowledge through training, and potentially opening/closing the store in LEAD positions. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification in lieu of experience and licensing per state guidelines where applicable. The role emphasizes customer experience, product knowledge, and leadership in a retail optics environment.
Required Qualifications

- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
