Job Summary
Lead daily sales and customer experience by engaging patients, recommending products, and measuring eyewear needs to ensure the Right First Time. Execute operational activities including store opening and closing as required for lead positions. Maintain state licensure and product knowledge through continuous training while troubleshooting specific eyewear needs. Achieve daily sales goals by delivering a simple, human, and bold customer journey. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification and a valid optician license. Part-time role with competitive hourly pay and benefits including vision coverage and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
