Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs, and measuring patients for eyewear while maintaining product knowledge through continuous training. Executes day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification, with a part-time schedule and hourly rate between $17.13 and $20.22.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
Desired Qualifications
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
