Job Summary
Lead role in Visionworks with Sr. Optical Specialist responsibilities: drive daily sales goals, engage with patients to recommend eyewear, and ensure a strong customer journey. The Sr. OS dispenses eyewear where licensed, maintains optical product knowledge, and may handle store opening/closing in LEAD positions. Requires 12 months optical experience (or ABO Certification), state license as applicable, and strong communication/leadership skills to guide customers to Right the First Time eyewear.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as needed
