Job Summary
Execute daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey. Engage with patients and customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. Execute day-to-day operational activities including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only. Maintain state license requirements for dispensing eyewear where applicable. This role supports the store's financial and customer experience goals within the Visionworks retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization)
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed
