Job Summary
Lead daily sales goals by executing the customer journey, engaging patients to recommend products, and measuring eyewear needs to ensure the right fit. Maintain product and optical knowledge through continuous training, troubleshoot eyewear issues as necessary, and execute operational activities including store opening and closing. Hold and maintain state license requirements for dispensing eyewear where applicable. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, with a salary range of $15.95–$18.47 per hour for part-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization)
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed
