Job Summary
Lead daily sales execution and customer experience journeys by engaging patients, recommending products, and measuring eyewear needs to ensure the Right First Time. Maintain product and optical knowledge through continuous training while troubleshooting specific eyewear requirements. Execute operational activities including store opening and closing to support financial and customer experience goals. Requires 12 months of optical industry experience, state licensure, and a high level of engagement in virtual environments if hybrid.
