Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities by engaging customers, measuring eyewear needs, and recommending products to meet eye care requirements. Execute operational tasks including store opening and closing to support financial and customer experience goals. Maintain product and optical knowledge through continuous training while troubleshooting eyewear needs as necessary. Ensure the customer journey is simple, human, and bold by delivering on daily sales targets. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, plus state licensure where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
