Job Summary
Lead the customer journey by engaging patients, recommending products, and measuring eyewear to ensure needs are met. Execute daily sales goals through the execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey while maintaining product and optical knowledge via continuous training. Maintain state license requirements and dispense eyewear where licensed. Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
