Job Summary
Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients/customers to recommend products that meet their eye care needs. Measure patients for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through training, and troubleshoot needs as necessary. Execute day-to-day operational activities including opening and closing the store for LEAD positions. This part-time role requires a HS diploma or GED and offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $11.09 to $14.97.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments
- Maintaining camera presence during meetings
- Support effective communication
- Support team alignment
