Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer experience journeys by engaging patients, recommending products, and measuring eyewear needs. Maintain optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time, troubleshooting needs as necessary. Execute operational activities including store opening and closing to support financial and customer experience goals. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification, a valid state license, and a high school diploma.
