Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities by engaging with patients to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measure customers for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through training, and troubleshoot needs to ensure eyewear is right the first time. Execute operational tasks including opening and closing the store as needed to support financial and customer experience goals. Deliver daily sales targets while maintaining state-specific optical licensing requirements. This part-time role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification and offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $12.82 to $17.29.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
