Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear, maintains product knowledge through continuous training, and troubleshoots eyewear requirements as necessary. Executes day-to-day operational activities including opening and closing the store in LEAD positions only to support financial and customer experience goals. Requires HS diploma or GED with related experience. Part-time hourly role with competitive pay, vision coverage, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments
