Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities and execute the customer experience journey by engaging patients, recommending products, and measuring eyewear needs. Maintain product and optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure prescriptions are right the first time, while troubleshooting specific eyewear issues as necessary. Execute operational tasks including store opening and closing to support financial and customer experience goals. Requires 12 months of optical experience, state licensure, and a high school diploma.
