Job Summary
Lead the store's customer journey by engaging patients, recommending products, and measuring eyewear needs to ensure the Right First Time. Execute daily sales goals and operational activities, including opening and closing the store as needed. Maintain product knowledge through continuous training and troubleshoot eyewear issues when necessary. Hold and maintain state license requirements for dispensing eyewear where applicable. Deliver a simple, human, and bold experience that meets every customer's vision care needs.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
