Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities by engaging with patients and customers to recommend products that meet their eye care needs. Measure patients for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through ongoing training, and troubleshoot eyewear requirements to ensure the Right First Time. Execute operational tasks including store opening and closing to support financial and customer experience goals. Maintain state-specific optician licensing requirements and dispense eyewear where licensed. Deliver daily sales targets while providing a simple, human, and bold customer journey. Requires 12 months of optical industry experience or ABO certification, plus a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
