Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear, maintains product knowledge through training, and troubleshoots eyewear requirements to ensure needs are met the first time. Executes day-to-day operational activities including store opening and closing in lead positions only. Requires a HS diploma or GED and related experience. Part-time role with hourly pay ranging from $11.09 to $14.97.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments
- Maintaining camera presence during meetings
- Support effective communication
