Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging with patients to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs, and measuring patients for eyewear while maintaining product knowledge through continuous training. Executes day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification, a HS diploma or GED, and related customer experience skills. This part-time role at Visionworks offers a competitive hourly rate of $12.82–$17.29 with vision coverage, paid time off, and 401(k) savings.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
