Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey and engaging with patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measures patients for eyewear, maintains product knowledge through continuous training, and executes operational activities including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment to ship eyewear. Ensures eyewear is Right the First Time while supporting the store's financial and customer experience goals. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification, with a pay rate of $15-$17.29 per hour for this part-time role.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
Desired Qualifications
- Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
