Job Summary
Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey, engaging with patients to recommend products that meet their eye care needs, and measuring patients for eyewear while maintaining product knowledge through continuous training. Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship. Requires 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification; pay rate is $15–$17.29 per hour. This part-time role at Visionworks ensures the best possible journey for every patient and customer, fostering an inclusive environment where all are seen and heard equally.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
