Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities by engaging with patients to recommend products that meet eye care needs and deliver on customer experience journey goals. Measure customers for eyewear, maintain product knowledge through continuous training, and troubleshoot specific needs as necessary. Execute operational tasks including store opening and closing to support financial and experience objectives. Maintain state-specific optician license requirements and dispense eyewear where licensed. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed
- Must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment
