Job Summary
Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey. Engage with patients/customers to recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs. Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through continuous training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed. Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines and dispense eyewear where licensed. Requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification. Hourly pay ranges from $13.73 to $17.75.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization)
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- ABO Certification in lieu of experience
